really had such wonderful stay on vacation. a good-sized and well-maintained room with the view on the mountain. the outstandingly accommodating and amiable staff all round. the pool area is good too. everything excellent.

This place is in a peaceful location close to many attractions like San Jose, Toucan Ranch, Sibu Chocolate, Heredia, and the city center.

The restaurant is reasonably priced at reasonable price and reasonably priced.

When we arrived once too late we could order everything without any problems and were served friendly.

There's carpet in the rooms, but it's not the newest.

The breakfast looked very tasty with a fine view of a bird feeder, making it a great spot for a relaxing vacation. I had a great stay on vacation here, the breakfast looked delicious and there was a nice view of a bird feeder, but we didn't get a chance to try it as we were in a hurry.

- no outdoor bar/restaurant. - you almost need a car or taxi to get to the nearest restaurant. Hotel staff do not recommend walking.

The room is spacious and has a lovely bathroom.

The service staff were very attentive. We were able to easily do an early morning check-in. For the trip to Tortuguero we were able to store our big suitcases in the hotel. The hotel also has a large, very beautiful botanical garden that is absolutely worth seeing.

Mattress was a little soft

Everything was very friendly - delicious dinner in the restaurant and the view of the mountains. In front of the breakfast area there is a feeding place for birds and squirrels, very entertaining.

I didn't have a fridge in my room.

The room was a nice size and well furnished with 2 large beds. the balcony overlooked beautiful gardens. - the hotel was conveniently located near a great coffee shop and lovely gardens.

With outside temperatures of 18 degrees the restaurant was too cold in the evening.

This place is a gem! I've been here before and I'd definitely come back. the breakfast is not only yummy but also comes with a lovely view of a bird feeder 🐦. the food served is excellent. the service provided is top-notch, making the whole experience even better.
